Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, but during busier times, it may take up to 12 business days before your order ships. Business days refer to Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or national holidays.


Shipping Times

Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on the method chosen at checkout and the carrier.


Address Issues

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost to reship.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered but missing, please contact the shipping provider directly for the most accurate help.


International Orders

We do ship internationally! Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied upon delivery. If a package is declined or returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus the original shipping cost.
