OR request one to be created and written especially for YOU!  Many guests have asked Mama Green to write themselves a note of encouragement and support for any and all unique requests!  Mama Green will create a custom card to you or your person of choice and it may include some quotes and overall love and support!

Are all sales final?
Yes! All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, but during busier times, it may take up to 12 business days before your order ships.
Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
No, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart before checking out!

What if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll happily resend it  but the shipping cost will need to be repaid.

Orders are processed in up to 12 business days before shipping. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your package, you’ll need to reach out directly to USPS they have the most accurate info. Shop Maddie Green is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs charged at delivery. If a package is declined and returned to us, you’ll be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! All MG stickers are 100% waterproof, dishwasher safe, car-wash safe, sun-proof, and scratch-proof. Just don’t scrub too hard when washing water bottles or mugs!

I absolutely love each time I get a card from mama green she always knows exactly what to say even when she doesn’t know exactly what’s happening in my life !! When I receive my card I’m uplifted not only in love but in spirit as well with all of the positive and encouraging words from her heart !! Love you mama green !!

If you want to be uplifted encouraged talk to with joy and love then I highly recommend you get a personalized card from mama green !! I’ve done this a couple times when I’ve been in a hard spot and each time everything mama green says helps to bring me peace and light to the hard days ! I go back to these cards often and I know you will too once you get yours !! Love you mama green !!
